I am looking for someone to take over my 2025-2026 lease. Its on the first floor, fully furnished, pet-friendly, and about 5 minutes away from campus. There is a shuttle available to take as well. Internet is included, the utilities bill is usually around $50 but its all dependent on usage. Nice pool and basketball court, as well as the amazon hub for most packages. Maintenance and staff are all friendly and quick to help out with any issues. I estimate the rent to be around $1,300 for next year but it is subject to change based on market rate.
