Hi Everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease my room starting June 1 - May 31st. The house has 5 bedrooms and is a 2 minute walk from the University of Saint Thomas campus. Rent is $690/ month plus utilities. The lease includes on site parking with a garage. Currently there are 4 other male residents (all over 21) living there, either in school at Saint Thomas or working. They are all pictured below.
