Hello! My partner and I are off to Seoul for the Spring season for work and are leasing our sunny 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom home (we are the owners) with parking and yard in Boyle Heights near the Arts District Los Angeles.

DESCRIPTION
An entire house in Boyle Heights, a pleasant and historic neighborhood in Los Angeles near the arts district and downtown LA. Recently updated and renovated.

This is a short-term rental in the heart of Boyle Heights, available April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (we can be a little flexible on the dates). Sunny three bedroom w/ two full bathrooms. There is a driveway but please know we plan on storing one car there throughout this time. There will be enough room for at least two additional cars. There is also a washer and dryer, and ample front and back yard space with outdoor seating, and a fire pit. Also has central AC/Heat, modern appliances, including a dishwasher.

About the three rooms: one is furnished as an office, a second is a guest bedroom with a twin bed, and the primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The house comes furnished with everything youll need for a lovely Spring season in East LA!
Our street is quiet and relaxing. Street parking is also very easy. It is within walking distance to restaurants and bars on 1st Street and Cesar Chavez Blvd, as well as a grocery store 4 mins drive away. Were only 3 blocks from the E Line subway stop (formerly the Gold Line https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_Line_(Los_Angeles_Metro) which takes you right into the heart of downtown in 10 minutes (Arts District and Little Tokyo) and from there you can go basically anywhere including Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Long Beach.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Rent is $3400 per month (this includes wifi but not other utilities). A $3400 security deposit is required to hold the house and will be returned in full if/when house is returned clean and in tact. Will require deposit and lease agreement. Thanks!

We welcome pets! Pets are also allowed with pet deposits of $300 flat rate per pet.
