Hi, I am looking for a roomate that would potentially not have to pay rent if it worked out. I live with my 12 year old daughter but i need to travel a lot for work. 1-2 weeks at a time. If the right person is open to it I would cover the rent and all utilities etc. My daughter is super self sufficient but need someone with her at night and who could potentially cook dinner when i am out of town. (I can pay for groceries too)

My daughter goes to school from 8am till 4:30pm every day and takes the bus and half the time I would be home so nothing would be needed.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath located down in the pearl district in Portland.
