Hi! I am looking to rent out a room in my apartment anytime from now (3/1/25) to 8/13/25. I am flexible with move in date. The room is unfurnished but fits a queen bed and a desk. There is a large closet. You will have a female roommate who is 24. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen has stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a shared outside deck as well.
