Requirements: $50 application fee through resident portal of the rental company. No evictions, or bankruptcies. Household must make 2x the rent (+$3,300/month)to move in and provide last 2 months proof of income.

No security deposit! Sublet fee and first months rent due upon moving in. $750 + $1,650 = $2,390. If you move in half way through March I will split rent with you!
This is a beautiful, vintage apartment with main cross streets Park Ave and E Colfax. 10 minute walk to Cheesman Park! Located near many bars and restaurants. LGBTQIA+ friendly area.

Utilities are $147/month. Electricity and internet will have to be set up separately. Apartment allows two pets, with no weight limits on dogs but breed restrictions apply. Pet rent is $30/animal. Laundry room in basement.

Off street parking included with rent!! 1 spot. (First come first served, but I have only not found parking twice).

Neighbors are wonderful! And everyone keeps common areas clean and everyone respects quiet hours. Sunday 3/2 apartment cleaned by cleaning people.
