Summer Lease Transfer

Hello! I am looking for someone (female) to transfer my lease to from May 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025. The apartment is a semi-furnished two bedroom with a large living area, kitchen, one bathroom, and balcony. Its a five minute walk from campus (dr penfield/de la montagne). Rent is $1034.50 a month with everything included plus wifi and electricity. My roommate is a very nice and clean person!
