No security deposit unless you have a guarantor (good rental history/good credit doesnt qualify you for a cheaper deposit) otherwise your deposit will be the same amount as rent which is $999 utilities are usually between $42 - $56, if you need parking it varies between $55 - $75 a month, I pay $65. You do have an option of getting your own custom parking space which of course would be extra. $285 is to be paid for your application fee and admin fee. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, the common spaces such as the kitchen/living room is shared there are 2 refrigerators so you only share a refrigerator with 1 other person. Theres so much to do in this area, and so many stores walking distance that if you dont have a car its still convenient. Starbucks, Walmart, target, publix, alidis, wawa and clothing stores as well.
