Located accessible to stores and bus routes, the apartment is 5 minutes away from Halifax Central Library, and under 10 minutes walk to 3 different grocery stores. The flat is 20 minutes (on foot) from Saint Marys and Dalhousie, and is 15 minutes from Scotia Square.

Three other (female) roommates will be present through the school year, and one has a cat. All are students and noise levels are generally minimal, however friends may come over from time to time for dinner parties, and there may be the occasional late-night night downtown.
