Starting April 1st, 6-12 month sublet available in a master bedroomat our 3story 3bed 2.5bath townhouse in Hollywood right off of Santa Monica blvd. Master comes with a walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom (w/ tub & shower), private balcony, and gated parking spot (as well as guest parking). Kitchen and living room are both very spacious. Pets allowed with a deposit. Rent is 2100$ a month. Utilities, internet will be split.
Building is completely new, about 6 years old and there are two balconiesshowing the rest of hollywood(one of which you can see the Hollywood sign quite well). You would be living with one roommate (me) for the 6-12month sublet with potential of my girlfriend taking it over after that. Guest parking up to two spots and we might make one room into a guest bedroom if you want someone to visit.
Apartment will be furnished (with options for you to move in stuff), but keep in mind the furniture in the photos are the current tenants that are moving out so it will change.
I am a clean person and respectful of other peoples space. Looking for a professional tidy person interested in a pristine temporary living space. Would prefer to have some conversations leading up to the move to make sure its a good fit.
