Hi! I am looking for a female subleaser to take over my Lease from May-August. My apartment is located at the Doyle right in the middle of Dinkytown, across from the Varsity theater. It is a super quick walk to anywhere on campus! The apartment building is equipped with a gym, hot tub, sauna, study spaces, and club room. Garage parking can be added for an additional $185 a month if youre interested. I am hoping to get this squared away relatively quickly, so please reach out if you have any questions!
