This is more like a lease transferring. Ill be moving out soon so itll be great if someone wants to take over the lease. Several things to know: 1. The lease will end at 06/05/2025, so you can choose to renew or not. If not, you have to notify the managing office 60 days earlier, which means you have to move in before 04/05. 2. The process, in short, is to have you signed documents so youll be added to the lease as my roommate. Once done, the managing office will remove me from the lease, so youll then be the sole tenant. 3. Everything in the original lease will be inheritted to you. There is a concession of 2300 USD, so if you break/default the lease, this concession will be charged back on you. 4. Parking is 150 USD per month.
