Only three people live here and one of the rooms has been converted into a studio/office space. There is a big backyard with fire pit and grill. As well as a side porch with sitting area. Parking driveway that can fit up to two cars. The rental would be for one of the master bedrooms upstairs, its very spacious with lots of windows and natural lighting. This is a converted attic into a second floor with a bathroom shared with the room across. This rental will be till the beginning of August $766 monthly not including utilities. Utilities round up to around $125 month. One female roommate, and one Male roommate living downstairs who is usually never home. Age 26-27 and all in college, LGTBQ friendly, smoke friendly, and pet friendly.
