Im contemplating offering to share my home with a compatible HOUSEMATE.

My furnished 2-story, 1530+ SF, 3/2.5 CBS townhouse (friendly 34997 neighborhood with SIDEWALKS) has an ELECTRIC STAIRLIFT, around 17 (full) BOOKCASES, a PIANO, a small screened-in TERRACE overlooking a WOODED area, accordion STORM SHUTTERS on all windows, and the Community has a POOL.

The right-fit Housemate will have a PRIVATE BEDROOM at the far end of a long second-floor hallway, PLUS use of an adjacent bedroom-sized OFFICE (theres a desktop computer and a printer in there if you should need it). (I use a laptop and work from a desk in my own bedroom.) Youll have a PRIVATE BATHROOM plus KITCHEN privileges. Theres a WASHER AND DRYER downstairs, of course.

Rent is INCLUSIVE of ELECTRIC, WATER, trash & recycling pickup, as well as ATT DIRECT TV CABLE (WITH SPORTS CHANNELS) and INTERNET connection.

If youre without a vehicle, I can periodically drive you to and from your doctors appointment(s) if needed.

Amazon and Walmart deliver to the door, and we can hit Publix or Walgreens Pharmacy on Cove Rd at US#1 whenever needed.

I have two INDOOR cats.
A VERY elderly cat named Princess Ava Fluffybutt has commandeered the downstairs half bath for the remainder of her days.
The second and younger of the two cats is not quite one-year-old. He frequently has the zoomies and tears up and down the stairs at a breakneck pace. Hes very affectionate, and his name is Governor Tunafish. He has disemboweled several stuffed cat toys and surgically removed the bottom fabric of my newly reupholstered favorite chair. He and I are currently experiencing dtente.

WHO YOU ARE:
A well-mannered, reasonably neat, non-smoker. An active or retired professional would be particularly welcome. Political and intellectual compatibility, and cat friendly, are at the top of my wish list for a housemate. 55+ is preferable, and since I was the only people in a family of boys and I have five responsible sons scattered across the country, Ive found that Im most compatible around gentlemen.
