Looking to sublet this shared room at Zuma Student Housing. Starting June-August 2025, chill place close to campus and great for students needing summer housing. This is an all female unit and youd be with 5 others. Everyones easy to live with and chill, usually working or at school.

Youll be in a shared room, my roommate is moving out as well so youll probably meet someone new.

Rent is $1145 a month + the subletting fee is $500 Im willing to cover half. They have a garage and W/D in unit.
