The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom that is a short walk to the Boulder Creek Path and Safeway, depending on your needs. The sublease contract is until July 31st, with the possibility of extension if desired. My wife had to return to Sweden early as a result of the recent research cuts at CU Boulder, so as a bonus all large furniture (bed, desks, tables, chairs, and even the kayak) are included in the sublease. In other words, I dont want to take my furniture across the ocean; it comes free with the apartment unless the tenant prefers that I sell it.
