My apartment is in Soma Towers North Tower. The team and the apartment itself are absolutely amazing, however I am leaving WA due to personal matters, so seeking someone to take on my current lease. Completely willing to allow a planned tour of the apartment for you to check it out. As mentioned, the current rent price is non-inclusive of furniture or electric (water and garbage cost varies monthly but is incorporated), the cost does build in the parking garage location as well!
