I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in June. If you do agree to take over the lease you will have the option to resign with Avilla Broadway and continue residency, otherwise you may leave at the end of the lease. In order to be considered for this, you must undergo a background check and have an income of 2.5 times rent ( 5520$ ). The back ground check will be performed by Avilla Broadway, not me ( the current tenant ).
