Looking for summer subletter(s) for a fantastic house on Mt. Washington. Has a great view (3 balconies), quiet area. 5 minutes from York Blvd, Eagle Rock town. House is 5BR 4B, and only will be living there for the summer. Can sublet a single room with either a private or shared bath, but we have a total of 4 rooms wed like to sublet.

House is three story with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and partially furnished. Available June 1-Mid August.
