Me and my boyfriend are students at University of Florida and subleasing this apartment for the summer.
I personally love this spacious and loving unit with beautiful view of UF and the sunset.
The apartment complex, Nine 31 has a lot of amenities such as sauna, jacuzzi, gym, 9th floor (with a great view) and each floors study rooms.
