We are looking for someone to take over our lease on our one-bedroom apartment in Pentagon City. (The apartment is unfurnished). Located just a 10 minute walk from Pentagon City and Crystal City Meto stations on the Blue line,. Its directly across the street from Whole Foods, a ton of new restaurants, the new Amazon headquarters, Met Park, and many other great places. Five minute walk to Long Bridge Park, 10 minutes to the newly opened Waterpark area and Mt. Vernon trail. Truly great location and a solid building. This unit is on the first level, but is still a full floor above the street. Unlike some units, there is no balcony, but we do have wall-to-wall windows (facing 12th Street) so the light is better than the other units. In-unit combo washer/dryer, with standard units available in the laundry room. The building also has a pool, club room, and small gym. No noise problems at all. Pet-friendly with dog park attached to building. Parking garage and storage units are also available. The lease runs until the end of January 2026, and we are looking for subleasers to move in by July 1st, though we can be flexible if needed. The biggest selling point is that you would be getting the lower winter rate on the rent but for a summer start date. These apartments, like many in the area charge several hundred dollars more per month to people moving in during the peak summer months. And if you renew, youd still be in that winter rate zone.
