Looking for a subleaser for 780 sq ft, 1 bed/1 bath apartment at the Oxbow Bozeman. Moving out mid-May and lease ends August 14th with the option to renew if desired. I am moving out of state in May. The apartment is brand new and I am the only one who has lived in it. Subleaser must furnish themselves. Rent is $2,110/month, plus the energy bill, internet, and community utilities. The location of the apartment is fantastic, top floor with vaulted ceilings and the closest building to the hot tub and clubhouse. Other amenities include Fitness center and yoga room, Clubroom lounge, Conference room, Luxer package lockers, Indoor golf simulator, Fire pit, BBQ grills, and On site ML Alderson Park.
