Im looking for someone to take over my lease due to an unexpected change in plans. The apartment is available from April 1st, 2025 to August 1st, 2025. Im currently paying $1700 per month, but if you take over the lease by April 1st, youll get a discounted rate of $1100 per month for the remainder of the lease (after April 1st, the price will be higher).

Lease Dates: April 1st, 2025 - August 1st, 2025
Price: $1100/month (if taken over by April 1st; otherwise, $1700/month)
Furnishings: One bedroom and the living room are furnished; the second bedroom is unfurnished
Amenities: AC, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, internet, parking, and more
