FLEXIBLE MOVE-IN SUMMER SUBLEASE: I am subleasing my room in my 4x4 apartment for June and July 2025! I would like to move home for the summer in mid-May, so it is somewhat urgent. The move-in day would be flexible, you could move-in late May (rent for that month would already be paid) or anytime in June. My lease goes until July 31st and you would have the option to renew for a year if youd like. My unit is a 4x4 Newton style floor plan at IQ Luxury Apartments (furnished). I am in unit B which has a huge window that I absolutely love, there is a lot of natural light! There is a full sized bed, a dresser and walk in closet, and a private bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchen with a lot of cabinet space. The living room has a couch, coffee table and TV, and there is also a balcony attached (Im on the 5th floor which is the top). There is in-unit laundry, a workout center, a pool, and a clubhouse. I have 3 other roommates: one is a little older and doesnt use the shared space at all. The other two are friends that go to USF and they are both really sweet! They are all very friendly, quiet and clean. Rent is $949/month plus $30 for parking in the parking garage if you have a car. Utilities are included in rent!

There is a $50 application fee, a $300 sublease fee (I could pay this), and a $1000 security deposit that CAN be waived if you have a parent or guarantor co-sign the lease (my parent co-signed my lease and it got waived for me).
