Six-month sublet notice: I am subletting my 2 BD/1 BA beautifully landscaped (with a gardener) cottage (1,100 square feet) in mid-town Palo Alto for six months starting June 1.

The rent including cable and monthly utilities will be $4800 with a refundable deposit of $4800. Ill be hosting an open house on March 30 from 11 am to 1 pm and will show it to qualified, interested parties by appointment only.
