Hello! We are looking for 1,2, or 3 people to take over our leases for a 3 bedroom apartment at Campus Pointe for the Fall 2025-2026 year. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Kent State University (main), with 2 bus stops also available on-site if necessary. Monthly rent is $759, included utilities are sewage, water, electricity, cable tv, and master antenna. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, shared living room and kitchen space.
