4 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Its about 5 minutes from CSU and walking distance to just about everything. Currently 4 college students living here all female. Three are planning on subleasing. I would like to move into my new place around or after the 1st of may. The lease ends on July 31st. No pets. Must pass a background check and credit check and meet me and the landlord. Unfortunately no pets. Does have street parking, a large backyard, and kitchen appliances and in-unit laundry.
