Looking to sublease out my room from June 1-Aug 31. Im willing to consider an earlier move in date should it be needed! This is a ROOM for rent with a private bathroom and spacious closet. There are 4 other easy going professionals living in the apartment. Would prefer to rent out to a student or another easy going professional. $1250 includes utilities. New lease begins Sept 1. You can discuss with current roommates on signing on should you need to stay past Aug.
