Subletting my massive 1 bed 1 bath apartment in southwest austin! In the middle of two HEBs!

I seriously love this complex so much and I am sad to be leaving! Amenities include gated community, beautiful swimming pool, gym, 24 hour coffee bar, dog park and lots of greenery.

Some additional fees:
valet trash (they pick up almost every day at your door!) $30
pest control $5
amenity fee $22

electric is pretty affordable for me, usually $40-$50 or so

If interested, you can come tour and the complex can send you the application for you to apply! I am also selling my couch and media console and can do a deal there if interested in either or both. Unit will not come furnished.
