the room is 235 a week & expenses are around 20 a week - its the second largest in the house and has a built in closet, + so much space for a dresser, desk and bed! also gets so much sun to stave off your seasonal depression

the house has 2-3 off street parks and is just a stones throw from the motorway + public transport.
