Lease is through October 2025. Roommates are both sober and would prefer someone that is as well, not a requirement for you to be sober as well but no smoking or drinking in the common spaces. Townhouse in a gated community with a public pool, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. The house itself has no shared walls and its own fenced in backyard with a propane and charcoal grill. Common spaces are all furnished but you will need to provide furniture for the bedroom.
