Looking for a sub lease for the summer it is a UCF affiliated college apartment complex less than a mile away from ucf. I graduate this semester and dont need to live here. The place has a kitchen, its own laundy room, living room, balcony. You can find more information about the complex on the website: knights circle. This is really just a sublease for any college student who is taking summer classes and needs a place to stay.
