Im a senior in college headed to graduate school out of state. Im looking for a college woman tenant to take over my lease from April to July of 2025. There is an equipped gym close to the unit, vending machines on every floor, amazon locker for packages, valet service for trash. Utilities are not included although you would only have one current roommate as the other two rooms are vacant. The unit has a poolside view, study rooms to your liking, and two sky decks. Great space to live and there is security on cite 24/7.
