Im looking for someone to lease/sublet/take over my room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at HOEM student housing for the summer term. Rent is $2,000 CAD per month (paid every two months), and the unit may have roommates. The rent includes all utilitieswater, heating, AC, and electricity. The move-in date is April 4-10th, 2025, the move-out date is August 16, 2025.
To be sublet, however, you need to be a university student.
