I have been living at this apartment for almost a year. As it goes in NYC, I started looking for my next apartment early, and now I have a one-month overlap on the leases, so I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease, since I am moving into my new apartment on 3/31.

You can have the apartment as of 4/1. There will be one month left on my lease, and the landlord is open to a 1 year lease either at the end of your month, or right from the start.

Or, you can sublet the apartment from me for a month, in which case you will receive complimentary access to the gym.

The building is great, and I have enjoyed my time here. The personnel are great, the building is good condition, repairs are quick, and things work as they should. Pet friendly.

About the unit: Street view, changing area next to the bathroom and closet, and separate kitchen (not just one big box of a studio). Bathroom and kitchen are nice.

LOT of closet space. One huge coat closet near entry, and another good sized closet near bathroom, both with a LOT of shelf space above the hanging racks.

Easy access to subways, especially Grand Central and the 33rd st 6 station.
