This is a sublet so you will be living out the rest of my lease with my current roommate from April 15th - August 15th, you can extend your lease if you find a roommate. It will be partially furnished. Anything that Ive split payment with my roommate, you may use. The place costs $2800 but Ive been paying $1350 since my roommate is the one living in the suite room. Utility would be split between you and the roommate. No pets are allowed in unit.
