Hi! I am graduating this May and am looking for a female subleaser over the summer starting early May until mid-August. The room is located on the first floor of a house on North campus, around a 10 minute walk to campus. Rent goes for $700/month with utilities ranging around ~$50. Rent includes a kitchen, bathroom, common spaces, washer & dryer, as well as a parking spot in our garage. For the entire summer, from May to August, rent would be $2100 + utilities.
