I am a student studying political science at Carleton University. As the term ends, Ill be moving home to Toronto for the summer, and so Im looking to sublet my room until the lease ends on September 1st. The place is fully furnished and utilities are included. The house is in a great location, in a nice neighborhood, and close to the university.
