Hi, my name is Brooks and I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom in a private three-bedroom apartment while I am away on an internship. My apartment is in the Statehouse Highline property on 9th Ave and High St. The bedroom in the apartment is completely private and includes a personal bathroom (toilet, sink w/marble countertop, shower/tub), full XL bed, walk-in closet, and desk. The apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a full-sized stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, which also has a microwave, a stove, and an oven. I currently have two male roommates, who have their own individual rooms within the apartment. They are quiet, and with our busy schedules, I dont see them in the apartment often. The building has a resort-style pool and sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio, high-speed internet, 24 hour business center with printer, study areas and coffee stations, outdoor courtyard with grilling, and 24 hour maintenance. The building is fob access only and there is a parking pass available for the apartments underground parking garage through the Statehouse Highline leasing office. The rent for the unit is $1250 + utilities per month. Stateline Highline has offered to help with sub-lease transition, or we can speak independently. The bedroom is available beginning May 1st but I can negotiate the move in/out dates based on your need.
