SUMMER SUBLEASE
Hi! I am look to sublease my room for the summer (May-August) because I will not be in Ann Arbor for the summer.

Some Details about the Unit:
- The house is in the perfect location on State Street right next to the IM building. The IM building entrance is in our backyard, the diag is a 10 minute walk, and there is a Commuter South and North bus stop right next to our house.
- The unit has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and if my other roommates do not sublease then this whole place will be to your self.
- The price includes wifi and electric and water bills.
- My room is the biggest room in the house and will include the mattress, bed frame, clothes dresser, and table. All decorations and bedsheets will be taken and the closet will be emptied before you receive the room.
- The unit has a living room and kitchen with a tv that has a Roku connected to it. The laundry is in the basement and I can provide the code.
- Always available street parking
