Hi! My name is Alexis and I am transferring schools in the fall, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease! The lease begins on July 29th, 2025 and ends July 27th, 2026. The room is upstairs, very spacious and the apartment complex has top tier amenities!! Sub-letter must be a female because I have 3 other girl roommates. Utility fee is the only thing not included in the rent, but the price is split and divided between all of the people living in the apartment. Pets are allowed, fast WiFi, and the gym & pool are clean and spacious as well. Maintenance is amazing and they work within 24 hours of you putting in the request!! They are even available overnight so if anything happens, they will come and solve the issue!! Although the lease begins on July 29th, I am willing to work with you and move out earlier if need be=). Apartment is quiet and peaceful and I have never had to worry or file any noise complaints.
