Hey everyone! Im looking for a girl to take my lease for The Pointe at Central this summer. The earliest you could move in would be around May. Another move in option is July/August, if it was better. To move into the Pointe, during the summer, you have to provide a summer class schedule that proves summer enrollment at a Florida university/college. The lease would run from whenever you decide to move in to July 31st, 2026. The rent is 798 per month for a room in a 4br/2ba unit! The Pointe has a shuttle to UCF, is a 5 mins drive to UCF, and has lots of amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, and hammocks! PM me if interested :))
