Looking for a Relet/Sublet to take over a lease starting May 1st and ending July 31st of 2025 at The Quarters in Manhattan. It is a 4x2 apartment and all roomates will be peoples. You would be able to resign as well after July 31st if wanted. The monthly rent and fees will make the total $434.45, and this is monthly.
