I am someone to sublet my room for this summer, May 1st - August 31st. There are 3 other roommates, either working in a co-op, semi-recently graduated, or still in school.

The room is very spacious and has a private patio. Furniture included: a bed and mattress, a desk, two dressers, and a side table. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, but she is clean. Bathroom cleaning duties are split evenly. Household chores are divided up. Utilities are included. No pets.

The house is a minute away from the R4, 49, 7, and 2. It is also right next to the Save-on-Foods and a few cafes.
