The Monthly Rent is $740. Currently, at The Pointe, my unit is going for $845. There is a pool, clubhouse, basketball court, sand volleyball court, gym, and more. The clubhouse has an area with desktop computers and free printing. Parking is free as well as for visitors. Free bus pass. Own bedroom and bathroom. Fully furnished. Blacony as well off of the living room. I can be out of the room by May 1st or June 1st. Very flexible.
