The current lease ends on July 31st with the option to continue the lease.

Parking available in a secure garage at $250. Street parking also available in the neighborhood.
You will also be responsible for 50% of the utilities bill that would include electricity, gas, garbage, water, WiFi etc. This varies a little but usually comes to around $200 per person.
The apartment is rent controlled and hence the rent does not increase by a lot when the lease is continued. We have had this apartment since covid when the rent was lower and it still is much lower than similar apartments. I am moving out of the city and hence need to sublease.
Located on 18th Floor with excellent view of the city. Large windows throughout the apartment with a lot of sunlight. Common areas and kitchen are already furnished with basic amenities and appliances that you can share. You will be sharing a the apartment with one other people who is very chill and working professional.
Located in the historic Fillmore area, the location is excellent with numerous top rated cafes, bakeries and restaurants just couple of minutes of walk away. There are numerous grocery stores in the area. There is the painted ladies and the amazing Alamo square park just a few blocks away. Also amazing connectivity for public transport with several bus routes: 22, 31, 5, 38 etc. There is common laundry available in the building with several washer and dryer units. There is also a dog play area in the building as well as common area for BBQ and parties. The building also has Butterfly that allows easy access to food delivery etc. to get inside the building. We also have Fetch that keeps our packages safe from getting stolen and it gets delivered to your door at a time of your convenience.
