SUMMER SUBLET - female students only!

Hi! Im looking for someone to take on the remainder of my lease from May 1st to July 31st, preferably a female student. There is opportunity for renewal.

The room is one in an apartment of 4 rooms total. The building has a doorman and is located right across Roddick Gates, sandwiched between Nouilles Zhonghua, the Humble Lion and Shawarmania! Concordia, metro stations, St. Catherines, Eaton Center and all other relevant downtown shops are mere minutes away!

The apartment is super cozy with an in-unit washer+dryer, a dishwasher, furniture, appliances, dishes and cutlery, among other thingsyou can move in stress-free!

The apartment must be maintained as is, i.e. no smoking and pet-free. There is one major bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, and a smaller bathroom with a toilet and sink. There are 3 more rooms available, so you can move in with friends.

The rent is $925/month, utilities not included. With wifi and utilities, it typically comes to $10 + $50-100, depending on your utility consumption and the weather. Local and exchange students are encouraged to reach out!
