The room includes a private bathroom (ensuite) which includes a large shower, sink, toilet and mirror.

The apartment includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and sink. The kitchen/den includes furnishings such as a couch, a kitchen table with chairs and a tv.

The amenities include a laundry machine. Utilities (water and electricity) and wifi are included in the monthly rental payment, so no extra fees. There is a parking garage in the building and there is an extra fee for it of $200 a month if you park a car there.

The apartment amenities include a fully furnished gym, a top floor penthouse with a beautiful view. The penthouse is available for use to host events, with a full kitchen. There is also a large tv and many tables and chair sets. Additionally, there is a pool table and foozeball. The building is extremely safe, with a person at the front desk 24/7 and a fob (carried by the tenant) needed to enter the building. Each bedroom has their own lock in addition to the front door.

The building is within 5 a minute walking distance to the 2 bus via OC Transpo as well as equidistant to the new train being built. The 2 bus takes 5-8 minutes to reach Carleton University. It is also a 10 minute drive to downtown.

There is a convenience store, called Aisle 24, in the second Envie building across the courtyard. Very easily accessible and has all the necessities, including food and pharmacy items. The building is also two blocks away from Preston street, which contains a variety of restaurants and cafs.
