Hi! Im looking for someone to sublease my bedroom for the summer at Florence Court, 1022 University Ave SE, right next to the UMN campus. The room is available as soon as May 15th, and I will pay rent for May. The unit is available until the end of the lease on August 20th. The rent is $855 a month not including utilities. The unit is also shared with 1 other roommate.
The living room will be fully furnished, and the unit is conveniently located right next to the laundry room. Pets are allowed but you would need to pay an extra $75 a month unfortunately. For bike storage, there is a rack right next to the building. The central Florence Court building also has a fitness center if you dont feel like walking to the University of Minnesota Gym!
