My name is Mai, and Im a student at the University of Alberta. Im urgently looking for someone to sublet my room, and I truly hope this message reaches someone in need of a place.

Due to an unexpected change in my plans I have to move because of work I need to sublet my apartment starting from the beginning of May, with the lease ending at the end of July. I would really appreciate it if someone could take over the place during this time.
A few things to note:

- This is a **student-only** apartment, so you **must be a student** to be eligible to stay here (thats a building policy).
- Theres **no credit check or application** involved its pretty straightforward.
- **Laundry costs are not included** in the rent, just so youre aware.
